Export Sales Executive

About the role

AAB Group is seeking an Export Sales Executive to drive international growth from its Dubai office. You will be responsible for creating new export opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding the company’s presence in overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and pursue international sales opportunities for perfume, cosmetics and personal care products.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Identify, evaluate and secure new export markets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply‑chain partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain export compliance, handling documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve sales targets aligned with the company’s expansion plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales, international sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of export operations and international business practices.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and account‑management abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation and compliance requirements.
• Experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG or personal‑care industry (highly desirable).
