Export Sales Manager

About the role

The Export Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of export business across Egypt, Lebanon and Iraq, with the potential to expand into additional markets. Reporting to the General Manager, this commercial role owns end‑to‑end market performance, customer relationships and liquidation activities while collaborating with multiple internal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of assigned export markets, delivering net sales, gross margin and cash collection targets.
• Develop and implement market‑level commercial plans aligned with regional strategy.
• Manage existing accounts and acquire new strategic accounts and partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, seasonal sell‑in planning and order‑book development.
• Oversee liquidation business in Egypt and Iraq, building a reliable network of partners.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Legal to ensure profitable, scalable growth.
• Provide regular performance updates, risk assessments and action recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, market development or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of managing export markets and achieving sales targets.
• Strong ability to build senior‑level customer and partner relationships.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing account performance.
• Analytical mindset with capability to forecast, plan and monitor inventory health.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates or willing to relocate.
