Facade BIM Modeller

About the role

Zutari, a multinational engineering and advisory firm, is looking for a talented and motivated Façade BIM Modeller to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in façade BIM design and be proficient with Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper, with additional expertise in Python, Tekla and Dynamo considered a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain façade BIM models in Revit or equivalent software, creating detailed families, parametric components and system assemblies.
• Generate coordinated façade drawings, schedules and fabrication details directly from the BIM model.
• Use Rhino and Grasshopper to create parametric and algorithmic solutions for complex façade and structural challenges.
• Integrate computational design methodologies into the overall design process and ensure seamless information exchange across multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the design and optimisation of innovative façade systems, considering performance, aesthetics and sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering or Computational Design.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in façade BIM design with a portfolio demonstrating BIM modelling up to LOD 350.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
