Facade Foreman

About the role

MERAKI GROUP is seeking an experienced Facade Foreman to lead façade installation teams on high‑rise and commercial projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing glass and aluminium façade works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for glass and aluminium façade installations.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards.
• Lead skilled labourers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor material deliveries, handling, and on‑site storage.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities, labour reports, and material usage.
• Enforce health and safety protocols in line with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or relevant vocational training in construction or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in façade installation, specifically with glass and aluminium systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing site teams.
• Strong understanding of façade construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
