Facilities Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Facilities Engineer to join our growing team in the facilities management sector. The role involves overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing building systems, and providing technical support to ensure smooth facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and related maintenance works.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with contractors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present technical and maintenance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in facilities management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Prior experience in the UAE is an advantage.
