Facilities Lead – TET

About the role

The Facilities Lead – TET will oversee the delivery of safe, efficient and reliable facility services for SLB’s operations in Dubai. Reporting to discipline management, the role provides real‑time engineering support to projects and operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage engineering requirements, workflows, and deliverables for the facilities discipline.
• Identify, quantify, track and mitigate technical risks across projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical documents, specifications, datasheets and compile technical dossiers.
• Support the product line with risk management, lessons learned and improvement of job design.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated planning and execution.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, work plans, cost and schedule estimates.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Process or related discipline).
• Proven experience in facilities or discipline engineering within the oil & gas or related industrial sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and senior management.
