About the role

The Facilities Management Director at RRH ELGHAZI is a part‑time, remote role responsible for overseeing facilities operations and maintenance activities for assigned sites or client portfolios. This role includes planning and coordinating facility management programs, monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate facility management (FM) programs across multiple sites.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop and manage facilities budgets, track expenditures, and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Supervise internal teams or external vendors and review performance metrics.
• Prepare concise reports on facility conditions, operational risks, and compliance status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align facilities strategies with organizational priorities and support continuous improvement of the built environment.

Required profile

• Strong facilities operations and FM skills with experience overseeing multi‑site or complex environments.
• Demonstrated supervisory abilities, directing teams or vendors and managing performance expectations.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control, capable of analyzing financial data and optimizing facility‑related spending.
• Experience implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to facilities management.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with CMMS or other facilities management software is an advantage.
