Facilities Operations Manager

About the role

Robotic Imaging is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager for its Dubai office. This hands‑on leadership position oversees the quality and flow of facilities reporting for US projects while managing a 50‑person production team based in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with US teams to translate project priorities into actionable tasks for the Pakistan production crew.
• Assign work, monitor throughput, and adjust priorities in the internal software system to meet US deadlines.
• Serve as the subject‑matter authority on building systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and ensure report accuracy.
• Interpret equipment data and construction drawings to produce detailed facilities and equipment reports.
• Review site conditions remotely via VR walkthroughs and resolve documentation gaps with US on‑site teams.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance requirements (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Proven facilities management experience.
• Demonstrated team leadership and management of large, distributed teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and building drawings.

Required skills

• Bluebeam (Revu) for drawing review and markup.
• Virtual‑reality based inspection or reality‑capture tools.
• Proficiency with computer‑based collaboration platforms and virtual meetings across time zones.
