Facilities Technician

About the role

GTA Cars is seeking a reliable Facilities Technician to oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance of its showrooms and offices. The role ensures that all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and without interruption.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across all GTA Cars facilities.
• Address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting issues promptly.
• Respond to service requests and breakdowns with minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards or needed repairs.
• Assist with the setup and relocation of furniture or fixtures.
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
• Basic English communication skills, written and verbal.
