Facility Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Support Facility in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring the electrical systems, building services and general infrastructure of the plant remain safe, functional and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting, minor repairs and preventive upkeep of lighting and power distribution.
• Support preventive maintenance programmes across the facility.
• Assist with general building maintenance such as air‑conditioning support, plumbing and small repairs.
• Keep the facility clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Report any issues, damages or risks to the maintenance supervisor.
• Provide assistance to external contractors when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Technical training in Electrical, Maintenance or a related field.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance routines.
• Basic knowledge of air‑conditioning or building systems.
• Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions safely.
