Facility Specialist

About the role

The Facility Specialist will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of all company offices and project accommodations across the UAE. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient workplaces while supporting business continuity and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of offices and facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, secure, and fully functional.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, utilities, office equipment, and infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor relationships, monitor performance, handle tenders, contract renewals, and ensure HSE compliance.
• Administer project accommodation, including room allocation, mobilisation, demobilisation, and regular inspections.
• Lead procurement of facility‑related goods and services, manage budgets, and maintain inventory records for furniture and equipment.
• Serve as primary contact for employee facility requests, resolving maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with company standards, UAE regulations, and health‑safety‑environment requirements.
• Prepare reports and support emergency preparedness, evacuation planning, and business continuity initiatives.
