Farsi Interpreter

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Farsi‑speaking interpreter to provide real‑time English‑to‑Farsi and Farsi‑to‑English phone support for our customers. The position is fully remote and can be performed from any location within the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret inbound and outbound English phone conversations into Farsi and vice‑versa in real time.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during sensitive customer interactions.
• Adhere to a rotating schedule that includes night and overnight shifts.
• Participate in a three‑week paid training program and pass the assessment to continue in the role.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken Farsi (Persian) and spoken English.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, private home environment.
• Reliable wired internet connection.

Required skills

• Real‑time oral interpretation.
