About the role

The Fashion Advisor will deliver memorable service to boutique clients while upholding ELIE SAAB’s merchandising standards. This full‑time position focuses on driving sales, supporting VIP events, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service: attend to client needs, gather feedback, resolve complaints, record preferences, and inform customers about upcoming events and store policies.
• Achieve sales targets through cross‑selling and up‑selling, manage POS transactions, maintain visual merchandising, ensure merchandise security, and support the manager in meeting boutique goals.
• Handle cash‑register operations from opening to closing, protect company assets, and optimise cost allocation by efficiently using boutique products.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six to eight years of experience in high‑end retail fashion.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• High customer‑centric attitude.
• Team‑oriented with effective conflict‑management abilities.
