About the role
As a Fashion Consultant for Max Mara at Galleria Mall, you will deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting individual and collective sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and drive sell‑through of product ranges.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Support CRM, CX initiatives and ensure accurate customer data capture.
- Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and manage click‑and‑collect orders within SLAs.
- Assist with in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social‑media campaigns.
- Maintain visual‑merchandising standards and SOP compliance.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience within luxury fashion retail.
