About the role
Emaar Hospitality Group, a global leader in premium lifestyle experiences, is seeking a motivated F&B Ambassador for its Address Hotels & Resorts brand in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional food‑and‑beverage service while embodying the brand’s tagline “Where Life Happens.”
Key responsibilities
- Perform all operational tasks in food‑and‑beverage service in line with established standards and procedures.
- Anticipate guest needs, go the extra mile, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and execute effective service recovery.
- Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service environment.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
