F&B Crew

About the role

The F&B Crew member supports the food and beverage outlets by preparing service areas, delivering orders efficiently, and ensuring a safe, sanitary environment for guests. This role involves direct interaction with guests, coordination with kitchen and waiting staff, and assistance across various service points such as rooms, gym and pool.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare serving cutlery, bread baskets and ensure all equipment and surfaces are clean before service.
• Coordinate orders so that food and beverages are delivered to guests efficiently and on time, both in outlets and to rooms, gym, or pool.
• Maintain full knowledge of the F&B menu and table planning, assist guests and waiting staff, and communicate special requests or VIP needs.
• Run food and beverages to guests, check supplies, restock, and ensure safe and sanitary handling.
• Support table turnover, clear tables, and assist with cleaning tasks during and after service.

Required profile

• Friendly, courteous and professional attitude when dealing with guests, staff and other departments.
• Pro‑active, energetic with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle challenges during service.
• Basic knowledge of F&B operations; freshers welcome.
