About the role

Join Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Fujairah as a Food & Beverage (F&B) Intern and gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations. This internship is part of Marriott International's Hotel Internship Program, designed to immerse you in the daily activities of a world‑class hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the F&B team with daily service operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner setups.
• Support inventory management, stock checks, and basic ordering processes.
• Observe and learn guest interaction standards to deliver memorable experiences.
• Participate in team briefings, service trainings, and health‑safety compliance checks.
• Help with event set‑up and coordination for on‑site functions.

Required profile

• Current university or college student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in food and beverage service and hotel operations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
