F&B Server (Russian speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Server who can communicate fluently in Russian to join our team at a luxury hotel in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in the restaurant and lounge areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene and HACCP standards at all times.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients and presentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of F&B service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High standard of personal grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
