About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service from the moment guests are seated until they leave. This full‑time position involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work environment in a luxury hotel setting.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring all dining areas are clean and ready for service.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety standards.
- Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist with menu-related queries.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
