About the role

This function is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools to keep kitchen and restaurant areas impeccably clean, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

Plan, direct, control and coordinate daily stewarding operations and equipment maintenance.
Execute all operational tasks in line with service standards and procedures.
Prevent guest complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
Proactively communicate with fellow team members, always prioritising the guest’s interests.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
Good knowledge of HACCP guidelines and local hygiene regulations.

Required skills

Knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
