F&B Service Expert – Crystal Lounge

About the role

Join the St. Regis Abu Dhabi as an F&B Service Expert in the Crystal Lounge, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to discerning guests. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely delivery and maintaining the high standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guest needs by assisting with food and beverages from the kitchen or bar and completing guest requests.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set‑up of tables, linens, china, glass and silver in an unobtrusive manner.
• Greet and escort guests to their tables, present menus and inform them of daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system and verify age for alcoholic beverages.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen, serve food and drinks, and ensure proper temperature and presentation.
• Assist in stocking and breaking down buffets, food stations and related service areas.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage service within a luxury hotel, preferably in a coffee lounge.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors while maintaining high service standards.
