F&B Service Expert – Server (Arabic Restaurant)

About the role

The Guest Service Expert will work in an Arabic‑style restaurant at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai, delivering a memorable dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for all front‑of‑house activities, from setting tables to processing payments, ensuring each guest feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests, and handle billing transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, replenish supplies, and ensure a tidy work environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and follow safety procedures.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
