About the role
The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to work on the Terrace on the Corniche. You will be part of the hotel’s luxury hospitality team, delivering seamless food and beverage service to discerning guests in an elegant outdoor setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guest food and beverage requests promptly, delivering orders from the kitchen or bar with accuracy.
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables, linens, china, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner.
- Present menus, explain portions, ingredients and allergens, and recommend dishes or drinks based on guest preferences.
- Take and process orders using the POS ordering software, ensuring correct communication with the kitchen.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and respond quickly to any concerns.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a luxury hotel, preferably in an All‑Day Dining restaurant.
- Strong ability to work harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors while maintaining high service standards.
