F&B Service Expert – Waiter

About the role

Join Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa in Dubai, as an F&B Service Expert (Waiter). You will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and handling food and beverage transactions with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, arrange linens, glassware and silverware according to service standards.
• Communicate guest orders, dietary requirements and special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas, practicing clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Handle cash, process payments and record transactions using the MICROS POS system.
• Provide courteous greetings, respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in line with Luxury Collection standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Dependable, positive demeanor and safety‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Operation of the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
• Cash handling and payment processing procedures.
