Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic trading and distribution team in Dubai. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell a diverse range of products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role, preferably in the UAE trading or distribution sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and proactive.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
