Field Sales Representative – Cars

About the role

Join Bayut & Dubizzle’s Cars segment as a Field Sales Representative, driving revenue by connecting car buyers and sellers across the UAE. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, delivering an exceptional sales experience in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with car sellers and buyers.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain inspection reports.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and follow up to improve closing ratios.
• Update CRM with accurate viewing notes and inspection details in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales or account management experience in the UAE, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and customer‑service orientation.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
