Field Sales Representative (SDR) – On‑site Role

About the role

Illumine Labs is expanding its on‑field sales presence across the UAE to support market growth for its childcare management SaaS platform. The Field Sales Representative (SDR) will spend most of the time visiting nurseries, preschools and childcare centers, building relationships and supporting the Senior Business Development Manager in deal progression.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned childcare facilities across the UAE, conduct in‑person meetings and assist with on‑site product demos.
• Build and nurture relationships with owners, administrators and operational staff.
• Follow up with warm prospects, handle product questions and coordinate next steps toward closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track account progress and share field insights with the BDM.
• Provide market feedback to marketing and product teams and support pilot accounts when needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in field or outside sales.
• Technology background with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage follow‑ups and farming activities independently.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid driving license for UAE‑wide travel.
