Field Services Internship

About the role

The Field Services Internship provides structured exposure to core business functions within TechnipFMC’s energy operations in Abu Dhabi. Interns rotate through manufacturing, logistics, engineering, finance and quality areas, gaining practical insight while observing workplace safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding sessions and safety induction.
• Observe manufacturing processes through workshop tours.
• Learn basic operations, warehouse and logistics functions.
• Shadow engineering roles and project execution processes.
• Understand financial processes, including ERP, accounting principles and reporting.
• Follow field service operations such as asset management and service coordination.
• Attend knowledge‑sharing sessions delivered by functional experts.
• Prepare and present key learnings at the end of the programme.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme (e.g., Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related).
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Basic analytical and observation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• General computer skills.
• Ability to document observations clearly.
