Finance Assistant – Payables

About the role

Park Lane Motors is looking for a Finance Assistant – Payables to manage accounts payable and vehicle cost capture in its Dubai Investment Park showroom. Reporting to the Financial Accountant and working closely with the Finance Lead, you will ensure every expense is correctly linked to the relevant vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Process vehicle purchases, verifying all documentation before payment.
• Code all vehicle‑related costs to the appropriate stock unit, including purchase price, reconditioning, parts, and registration fees.
• Maintain a per‑vehicle cost capture system for operational and registration expenses.
• Code and process supplier invoices, ensuring correct entity, cost centre, and account allocation.
• Validate tax invoices for correct TRN and confirm receipt of goods or services before approval.
• Prepare and execute daily payment runs.

Required profile

• Excellent time‑management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordination with sourcing, reconditioning, and supplier teams.

What we offer

• Salary between AED 5,000 and AED 7,000 per month.
