Finance Business Partner – UAE National – Automotive

About the role

The Finance Business Partner supports the strategic financial initiatives of the Global Aftersales division, managing planning, budgeting and re‑forecasting processes. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, the role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and analysis support for annual budgets, forecasts and strategic plans.
• Conduct variance analysis, feasibility studies and performance monitoring to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and track financial and operational KPIs across divisions and locations, and present insights to business heads.
• Lead the preparation of monthly management reports, board packs and the after‑sales reporting roadmap.

Required profile

• Business degree (mandatory).
• 3‑5 years of finance experience in the automotive after‑sales sector, preferably with an OE supplier or OES vendor.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and senior‑level stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to drive performance‑improvement initiatives and meet challenging targets.

Required skills

• Advanced data analysis and interpretation with focus on P&L.
• Experience in variance analysis, feasibility studies and financial planning & analysis.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and financial operational KPIs.
