Finance Controller – Finance Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller who will act as a Finance Operator, turning our fast‑moving, multi‑entity financial environment into a streamlined, automated machine. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will take ownership of cash flow, treasury and operational finance across several entities in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily cash cycle for all entities (DMCC, Acquisity, AI Broker, etc.) and ensure timely funding of corporate cards for ad spend.
• Manage high‑volume USD revenue flows from external platforms into UAE bank accounts.
• Build and maintain a live cash visibility system for senior leadership.
• Stabilise and automate manual finance processes, introducing repeatable SOPs.
• Lead and develop the finance team, providing hands‑on support where needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating finance functions with high transaction volume and complex multi‑entity structures.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to roll up sleeves and drive operational change.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, non‑9‑to‑5 environment.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on building systems rather than one‑off fixes.
