Finance Director – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Finance Director will lead the Finance and Accounting function at Jumeirah Al Naseem, a luxury resort within the Madinat Jumeirah portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, robust cash management and strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations, and prepare financial statements.
• Establish cash management controls, produce cash flow forecasts and reconcile balance‑sheet accounts.
• Supervise the Finance and Accounting team, deliver timely financial reports and support staff development.
• Direct annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, set financial objectives and analyse variances to optimise ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, asset managers and corporate teams, providing financial performance insights.
• Coordinate audit activities, address findings, certify financial reports and monitor tax compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA).
• Minimum 10 years of finance leadership experience in 5‑star luxury hospitality brands.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market and related regulatory environment.
