Finance Executive – UAE

About the role

The Finance Executive will manage customer collections, process payments, maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. The role demands high attention to detail, strong customer service skills and strict adherence to operational and financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments via credit cards, cash and cheques, issuing official receipts within 15 minutes with 100% accuracy.
• Manage daily cash collections, perform cash deposits through Transguard or cash deposit machines and record transactions in the ERP system.
• Ensure all bookings and collections are approved and supported by required documentation such as down‑payment forms, sales booking forms, SPA and post‑dated cheques.
• Maintain 100% compliance with KYC, client declaration forms, third‑party transaction forms and any additional required documentation.
• Support the sales team with finance‑related queries, issue proforma invoices on the same day and handle cheque deposits.
• Prepare and submit daily collection reports, maintain 99.9% accuracy of customer statements and perform timely reconciliations.
• Respond to customer emails within 24 hours, aiming for 90% of responses within one hour, and provide professional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in finance, collections or related financial processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a customer‑service oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow compliance procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
