About the role
Burjline Builders is a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai. We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to oversee our financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver actionable insights to senior management as we scale.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and manage day‑to‑day finance operations.
- Prepare profit & loss statements, cash‑flow reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor accounts receivable, cash flow, and liquidity planning.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Conduct financial analysis and present insights to support decision‑making.
- Track key financial KPIs and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
