Finance Manager

About the role

SuperiorMed, a pioneering longevity clinic in Dubai Healthcare City, is creating a senior finance function that will serve four UAE entities. Reporting directly to senior management, the Finance Manager will own the group’s finance operations, ensure regulatory compliance and drive high-quality financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and sign off US GAAP financial statements prepared by external providers.
• Oversee UAE VAT, corporate tax (FTA) and WPS payroll compliance.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors from start to finish.
• Manage outsourced bookkeeping and US GAAP/SEC reporting providers.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Design and implement internal financial controls.
• Supervise an Operations Accountant.

Required profile

• Active CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification.
• Hands‑on experience with UAE VAT and corporate tax filing.
• Proven track record managing statutory audits as the main point of contact.
• Experience consolidating multi‑entity financial statements and handling inter‑company eliminations.
• Background in managing outsourced finance service providers.
