Finance Manager – Master Data Management

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its Master Data Management (MDM) function within the Group Financial Governance team. You will be responsible for shaping data governance, service delivery and transformation across the Emirates Group, ensuring finance master data is accurate, secure and ready for major initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the MDM strategy, translating vision into measurable initiatives.
• Establish global standards, governance frameworks and control mechanisms for finance master data.
• Oversee master data operations, drive continuous improvement and automation.
• Lead data readiness for ERP implementations, migrations and operating model changes.
• Act as the primary subject‑matter expert and escalation point for complex master data issues.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to position MDM as a Centre of Excellence supporting digital transformation and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance master data or data governance functions in a large, multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP platforms and data migration processes.
• Demonstrated ability to design and enforce governance frameworks and control mechanisms.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
