Finance Manager – Real Estate & Corporate Finance (Dubai)

About the role

A leading organization in the Real Estate and Corporate Finance sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and financial compliance while supporting strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and liquidity management.
• Ensure effective financial controls, compliance, and accounting operations.
• Manage banking relationships and ERP system operations.
• Support strategic financial planning and business decision‑making.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports to support organizational objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements where required.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of finance management experience.
• UAE/Dubai experience in Real Estate and/or International Tax.
• Strong financial reporting skills and excellent English communication.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or CMA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• ERP system operation.
