Finance Supervisor – Cost Control

About the role

The Finance Supervisor (Cost Control) will support St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai by managing food‑related financial processes. You will ensure accurate cost tracking, maintain inventory records, and uphold food safety standards across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs.
• Maintain organized records for reports and invoices.
• Post invoices using computer programs and reconcile shipping invoices with receiving reports.
• Conduct inventory audits, monitor PAR levels, and complete requisition forms.
• Notify managers of low stock and oversee vendor delivery issues, including returns.
• Receive, unload, and process deliveries while refusing damaged or incorrect items.
• Adhere to food safety and handling policies in all food‑related areas.
• Coordinate with other departments, mentor team members, and ensure tasks meet quality standards.
• Report accidents or injuries promptly and follow company policies on confidentiality and asset protection.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in finance, inventory, or cost control.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
