Finance Supervisor

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Dubai is seeking a diligent Finance Supervisor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will work closely with multiple departments to support the hotel's financial operations and uphold the brand's high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organise, secure and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents in line with policies.
• Record, store and analyse computerized financial information.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute financial, accounting and payroll reports.
• Execute period‑end closing procedures and generate related reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile and issue invoices and account statements.
• Follow‑up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and act as a role model for quality standards.
• Report workplace accidents promptly and adhere to all company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong confidentiality standards.
