Financial Analysis Specialist

About the role

The Specialist – Financial Analyst will support Core42’s financial performance through detailed planning, analysis and insight generation. Working closely with finance leadership and business stakeholders, you will deliver accurate forecasts, management reporting and actionable financial insights across projects and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management analysis and forecasts for cash‑flow and P&L, comparing actuals versus budget and forecast.
• Provide timely, accurate ad‑hoc financial and commercial analysis for the management team.
• Interpret financial and operational data, explaining trends, variances and performance drivers.
• Develop financial insights at the project level to support stakeholder discussions and profitability targets.
• Report financial and operational KPIs at individual, project, operating‑unit and business‑unit levels on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Design, standardise and maintain financial templates, forms and dashboards ensuring data consistency.
• Support business‑case preparation, including assumptions, financial models and projections for investment decisions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or equivalent professional qualification, or extensive experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Minimum 4 years of finance experience in an international organisation, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
