Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will join the finance function of a leading financial services firm in Dubai, providing analysis, modelling and reporting to support business planning and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and evaluate business performance.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct trend analysis and deliver insights on financial and market performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Assess financial risks and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Assist with financial audits, regulatory reporting and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and wider business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of banking, financial services and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
