Financial Analyst (UAE)

About the role
The Financial Analyst will lead the financial planning and analysis function for the UAE business, reporting directly to the MEA Regional Head of Finance. Based in Dubai, the role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate financial insights and forecasts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the UAE financial planning and budgeting process.
- Prepare regular operational reports and monitor performance against budget.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Design and update financial models and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of professional experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- University degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to high‑quality work.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
