Financial Operations Manager – Dubai Family Office

About the role

Join a Dubai‑based single family office as a Financial Operations Manager, overseeing day‑to‑day financial activities across multiple entities and the principal’s personal affairs. The role blends treasury, banking, payroll, reconciliations, compliance, reporting and investment operations in a fast‑paced proprietary investment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full invoice lifecycle – collection, verification, approvals, payments and filing.
• Oversee recurring payments, critical bills and cash‑funding requirements.
• Execute domestic and international bank transfers and treasury activities.
• Monitor balances across UAE and international bank accounts.
• Administer corporate card programmes, expense tracking and statement reviews.
• Handle banking relationships, KYC requests and account opening processes.
• Run monthly payroll, WPS submissions and employee reimbursements; maintain payroll, bonus and compensation records.
• Prepare monthly financial information for external accountants and perform bank, card and broker reconciliations.
• Support VAT, corporate tax and broader compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, accountants and tax advisors.
• Assist with brokerage account administration, funding activities and corporate documentation.
• Manage financial reporting and cash tracking across multiple entities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, treasury or financial operations.
• Based in the UAE with strong knowledge of local banking practices and WPS payroll.
• Proven experience managing payments, invoices and bank reconciliations.
• Direct experience dealing with banks and external financial service providers.
• Strong understanding of treasury, cash management and financial controls.
• Exposure to VAT, tax compliance and audit processes.
