Financial Planner – Part‑Time Remote

About the role

LearnLux is looking for a qualified Financial Planner to provide one‑on‑one financial guidance to employees across the UAE and the wider MENA region. This fully remote, part‑time position reports to the Global Planning Manager and leverages LearnLux’s digital platform to help members achieve their personal financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with members remotely via video, chat, and email to advise on budgeting, retirement, equity compensation, and other financial topics.
• Adapt LearnLux’s Global Planning methodology to the cultural and regulatory context of the MENA region.
• Participate in regular team meetings, sharing expertise to continuously improve guidance.
• Develop a deep understanding of member benefit plans and act as a trusted extension of HR during open enrollment.
• Collaborate with the content team to create and review financial education materials for the platform.

Required profile

• Professional experience delivering personalized financial advice.
• Relevant personal financial planning designations, certifications, or academic diplomas.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication skills for virtual interactions with diverse members.
