Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for delivering accurate financial actuals, budgets and forecasts across multiple markets and brands. By analysing P&L performance and communicating insights, the role supports leadership in making data‑driven decisions that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual actuals, budgets and forecasts for all markets and brands.
• Analyse revenue, cost and margin trends to identify key performance drivers.
• Validate financial results through detailed checks, reconciliations and reasonability analysis.
• Explain variances versus budget, forecast and prior periods using root‑cause analysis.
• Consolidate and summarise financial results across the organisation for a coherent performance view.
• Present insights, risks and action plans to senior leadership, audit committees and board members.
• Partner with brand and country teams to address performance gaps and track improvement actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting and tools.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant, CPA or CFA qualification from a recognised institution.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, commercial finance or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience preparing actuals, budgets and forecasts with strong P&L analysis exposure.
• Proven ability to support senior leadership and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across markets.
