Fit-out Supervisor – Joinery & Interior Projects

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking a motivated Fit-out Supervisor to lead daily joinery and interior fit‑out activities on site. You will act as the main point of contact between project teams, subcontractors and workers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery and fit‑out operations at the project site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and on‑site crews.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship quality and enforce company standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment efficiently.
• Track progress, report updates to management and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, keep accurate documentation and support handover activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in joinery and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery works, fit‑out materials and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
