Fitness Supervisor

About the role

The Fitness Supervisor will assess guests' current exercise programs, design personalized fitness plans, and ensure a safe, enjoyable recreation environment at Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate individual fitness levels and create customized exercise programs.
• Provide guidance on proper use of fitness equipment and monitor workout sessions.
• Register, schedule, and promote recreation activities for guests.
• Report equipment issues to maintenance and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain supplies (cups, water) and uphold a clean, welcoming recreation area.
• Enforce facility rules to guarantee guest safety and welfare.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching of staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, accommodate disabilities, and deliver exceptional service.
• Process payments for equipment rentals, activity fees, and retail sales using POS systems.
• Document incidents, complete safety training, and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a fitness or recreation setting.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and strong confidentiality standards.
