Fit‑Out Estimator

About the role

Spaceme is looking for a detail‑oriented Fit‑Out Estimator to join its team in Dubai. You will work closely with the sales department to develop accurate, profitable quotations for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive quotations after on‑site visits and thorough analysis of project drawings and material costs.
• Submit RFIs and quotations promptly to the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, obtaining multiple quotations and negotiating the best prices without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the sales team to clarify product and material details and support project finalisation.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s systems for future cost comparison.
• Identify potential financial risks and implement proactive mitigation measures.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, client requirements, and government regulations.
• Visit sites to analyse costs and implement cost‑control measures.
