About the role
The Fleet Coordinator will manage daily vehicle scheduling and allocation for a growing fleet, ensuring all assets are road‑ready and compliant with safety standards. This role acts as the central point of contact between drivers, workshops, and customers, supporting smooth operations across the logistics network.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily vehicle scheduling and allocate fleet resources efficiently.
- Track vehicle maintenance, insurance, and registration to ensure compliance.
- Verify that all vehicles meet safety and road‑worthiness standards.
- Coordinate communication between drivers, service workshops, and customers.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and related documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
