About the role

Quick Lease Car Rental is seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join its Operations Department in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in fleet management, workshop operations, or the car rental industry who are passionate about ensuring efficient day‑to‑day fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure maximum vehicle availability.
• Schedule and monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and internal departments to resolve vehicle‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and company operational standards.
• Monitor fleet performance and assist in improving operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in fleet management, workshop operations, or car rental operations.
• Strong knowledge of RTA procedures and fleet management practices.
• Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair schedules.
• Good reporting, record‑keeping, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and reporting.
• Understanding of RTA regulations and operational procedures.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance coordination and workshop operations.
